Billing FAQ
Seats, cards, and cancellation are all handled in the Stripe customer portal, reached from Manage Billing in Storacle Setup.
Who counts as an admin?
A seat is one user granted Storacle access, not a Salesforce license count. You choose who is licensed in Storacle Setup. Most orgs need one seat.
How do I add or remove seats?
Open Manage Billing in Storacle Setup. It takes you to the Stripe customer portal, where you can change the seat quantity. The new count reaches your org within a few minutes.
How do I update my card?
Cards are managed in the same Stripe customer portal, reached from Manage Billing.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the Stripe customer portal. Billing is month to month, so the subscription ends at the close of the current period and nothing renews.
Do I get to try the paid features first?
Yes. The first install in an org comes with 30 days of Analytics, Forecasting, & Alerting for free, no card needed. When the 30 days end, buy seats from inside Storacle Setup to keep them on. Buying there ties the purchase to your org, so the seats reach you automatically.
What happens if my paid subscription ends?
Paid features switch off. You stop receiving insights into where things are headed and why, or alerts when things change. Measurement, snapshots, and the free views keep running, and your history keeps accruing. We'll welcome you back any time, with the full history intact and ready to start providing you that foresight and assurance when you're ready.
